A little bit about me

"Serens Seasons" is a heartfelt initiative lead by an Ofsted Registered Manager, who is on a mission to support both existing children's homes and start-up providers in establishing and implementing effective systems that meet the needs of children, while promoting the well-being of staff.

 

Having worked across various homes, I've seen many differences in paperwork, but the core requirements and services offered remain the same. While awaiting my own Ofsted registration to go through, I began designing websites and branding for children's homes, and now that we are fully operational, I'm excited to share the impactful work we do at my own home and how we support the children, the team, and the business. I believe networking and information sharing are crucial, and I would love to support as many children's homes as possible in delivering an outstanding service.
